Q. Can I receive duplicate tickets, I've lost/can't find mine?
A. Yes you can, just click on the manage tickets button on the TicketTailor purchase page via the book tickets page.

Q. Can I get a refund for my tickets as I can no longer attend the performance?
A. If you have bought Refundable Tickets in certain circumstances you can. (please refer to Terms & Conditions)

Q. Can I purchase a voucher to give as a present?
A. Yes you can, just email us at comicalentertainment@mail.co.uk and we'll do our best to help.
